During the test, the Stingbat had trouble locking onto the GINO, so Lt. Col Chris âOxâ Jones spun Big G around to present the âbroadside of a barnâ as he put it. The UCS still couldnât lock on, and instead targeted a passing satellite- several hundred miles away. âWhat a dingbat,â Ox quipped, and the nickname stuck.
